Aside from the May 17 & 21 shows that have been mentioned with great Playin' in the Bands, there were a couple runs that were captured where you can follow the taper night after night! June 22, 23, 26, 28, and 30 all have good-sounding recordings; so do July 29 & 31, August 4, 5 & 6. So you can download them all, and because of the Wall of Sound clarity not be missing too many of the soundboard details. (Which, for several of those shows, you can hear on Dick's Picks.)
Unfortunately, the audience recordings from the European tour are not on the Archive, except for September 14 which is not one of the better-sounding ones.
But I'd like to recommend one from the summer, which is both a super AUD and show:
